When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Your visit to this website is recorded in accordance to the Google Analytics policies available on their website. TL:DR – We collect anonymized data about your general location (or the location of your VPN) time, pages you visit, what kind of device you’re using, the size of its screen, how long you visited pages or viewed videos. This data is only collected for internal use by the studios and will never be transferred or sold outside of the Sterling Media Group

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
You are prohibited from storing, posting, or in any way disseminating private or confidential information including medical records on this website unless such records have been declassified in entirety by their owner and written permission has been granted by an administrator.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with
We do NOT share data with any other parties except in ways required for the site to function (cookies, analytics tools, YouTube scripts etc.)
We do NOT collect your data unless you willfully give us data in the form of a contact form submission or comment, in which your data will be governed by standard policy of WordPress commenting.
If you submit a private contact message, the message will be stored securely and separately only to be displayed to STUDIO STAFF and NEVER to be sold or disseminated outside of the studios staff.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you send us private messages, they will be retained in the private messaging archival system permanently until you either A. Request removal by contact form submission with GDPR compliance selected as your contact reason or B. use self serve account deletion or C. 3 years pass since the last use of your account.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. (GDPR EXPORT NOTICE:Requests for exportation of data are fulfilled manually these requests may take up to 14 days to be fulfilled) You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. (GDPR RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN / DELETION NOTICE: Right to be forgotten / deletion requests are filled semi-automatically YOU CANNOT EXPORT DATA AFTER REQUESTING DELETION, REQUEST EXPORT BEFORE deletion if you wish to retain your information. Deletions are handled within 72 business hours) This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Your data is never sent to third parties though it may be scanned by third parties including Automattic, Google, and or security institutions including government authorities with a legal right to automated packet capture (Trust us, we don’t like government surveillance as much as you so we don’t have any back doors or weird security things on this site, but you should be cautious what you say as all comments do pass through systems that are indeed government contracted systems. So to keep yourself safe, just don’t say anything on this website that you wouldn’t say in the lobby of a hospital!)
